By registering, accessing, or using any part of Cofounda, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

Cofounda Learn: Online learning modules, micro-courses, and execution-focused educational resources.
Cofounda Tools: Business tools, templates, and strategic frameworks.
Neo the Navigator: AI-driven business insights, recommendations, and support.
Additional Services: Any future features or products we introduce to enhance SME growth and operational efficiency.

3. Free & Paid Service Tiers

Cofounda offers both free and paid services:

Free Tier: Limited access to select courses, tools, and AI guidance.
Paid Plans: Premium access to advanced courses, exclusive content, enhanced AI recommendations, and full access to Cofounda Tools.
Subscriptions & Payments: Paid services may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Any disputes must be raised within 14 days of payment.

4. AI-Generated Advice Disclaimer

Neo the Navigator and other AI-driven features provide business insights based on available data and patterns. However:

AI-generated recommendations do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
Cofounda is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI suggestions.
Users should consult professional advisors before making significant business, legal, or financial decisions.

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Unauthorized use of another user’s account is prohibited.
Cofounda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain a positive and safe environment, users agree NOT to:

Share, copy, or distribute Cofounda content without permission.
Use AI-generated insights to mislead or defraud others.
Upload malware, attempt to hack, or engage in unauthorized access.
Use Cofounda for illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
Engage in hate speech, harassment, or offensive behavior within the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, tools, and AI models, is owned by Cofounda.
Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Cofounda content without express written permission.
Any feedback or suggestions submitted to Cofounda may be used for platform improvements without compensation.

8. Termination & Suspension

Cofounda may suspend or terminate access to Services if users violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Cofounda provides Services "as-is" with no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
Cofounda is not liable for business losses, missed funding opportunities, or adverse outcomes resulting from platform use.
Users assume full responsibility for how they apply insights from Cofounda Learn, Neo the Navigator, and other tools.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, India, United Kingdom, China, and the United States of America (USA).
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before legal action is pursued.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Cofounda after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
